These terms govern your use of the Bear's Big Alphabet Day website, interactive book and ebook (the "Service"). The Service is provided by WESTCRESTWORKS LTD, trading as Westcrest ESOL Learning Materials ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or make a purchase, you are contracting with WESTCRESTWORKS LTD.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be of legal age to make a purchase, or have a parent or guardian purchase on your behalf.

The products

Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content you purchased. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share or circumvent access limits of the book, its text or illustrations.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing our or others' intellectual property; or interfering with its security (for example malware, probing, scraping or attempting to bypass access controls).

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

WESTCRESTWORKS LTD and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including the story, illustrations, software, documentation and branding. Written and created by Wendy Kuchta. © 2026 Wendy Kuchta.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
