Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Bear's Big Alphabet Day sold by WESTCRESTWORKS LTD. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

We want you to be happy with Bear's Big Alphabet Day. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to both the three-month online access and the ebook download.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your order receipt email.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, online access linked to that order may be ended.
